Nissia Apartments

Returned from yet another wonderful holiday. many thanks to Kostas, Ali and all the staff. Looking forward to our return in September.

Returned yesterday from yet another fantastic holiday at the Nissia. Many thanks to Costas, Helen and all the staff. We have arranged to return in September.

Just returned from our twelth consecutive annual visit to the Nissia. As usual, we had a wonderful relaxed holiday.

We look forward to returning to the Nissia next year, when we shall be holidaying there in June and September.

Nissia!!!! i love it! by far the bestttt ever in Kardamena... absalutely brilliant! It has everything, it is in a great yet relaxing location, with fab decorated rooms like little villas... miss the cats loads! hope the new kittens are okay... they wo soo tiny wen we left, next time we might have to take one home with us! great pool too! n they sell great buttys! i would recommend this to anyone... u wont be diapointed! we will keep comin here cos its a big thumbs up! LOVE IT LOADS xxx <3<3<3

stayed here 3 times in 7 years, great place very central  and friendly. just 2 minutes from bar street and the nightlife and restraunts, just beyond bar street is the beach, beach ok but watch out for all the rocks and stones in the water they are a bit rough.[ seen a few damaged feet ] some bad enough to stop the nightly bar crawl. . have fun everyone and PARTY!!!!!!

We couldn't wait for more than 48 hours after our return, to re-book for next year. We look forward to seeing everyone again on 23rd August 2007 (12th year).

Anyone thinking of visiting Kos, should seriously consider the Nissia Kamares, you will not regret it.

Try the GUM TREE PUB located on the beach west of McDonalds where Simon, Marie and their staff will serve you superb food and drink to your sun beds on the beach. Also a nice place to have a relaxing drink in the evenings.

Just returned from our 11th year at Nissia Kamares. Everything perfect as usual. We will be booking tomorrow for next year.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Nissis for 2 weeks. Fantastic place. Apartments clean  and pool great. The manager was  great, very helpful. We will def be back next year.

Nissia is the place to go.

We all had an amazing time and Demitri is one of a kind. He can now speak a little bit of welsh.

This is a fantastic Hotel with everything that you could want right in the centre of Kardemina. The Manager Demetri was excellent he really made sure your holiday went with a bang! But Watch out if you were standing by the pool he will push you in! Excellent Bar food and cheap drinks with happy hour every Tuesday and Saturday!

The Nisa Apartments are the best i have ever stayed in!! Fantastic manager he would make sure your stay was the best it could be! although if your standing by the pool he would make sure you go straight in!

Nissia was brill!!!! We loved it and we're totally coming back again. Its in the best location, a minute away from the main harbour but its quiet. Our room was great for us and Nissia is very pretty and a nice place to stay. Demitri the manager is great and Ross the bar guy is the best  We were so sad to leave  But we're coming back in 2 months wooohooo.

Hi me and my friend traveled to the nissia on the 31st may, it was fantastic.  Rooms spotless, the hotel is lovely and the staff are amazing, especially Dimitries and Ross.

Im gutted to be home wish i could live at the hotel. 

My Husband and myself went to Nissia Apartments and had a Fantastic time . It was so clean,friendly and everything was right on your doorstep. We went in 2004 and want to book to go this coming September. Does any one know if there is a Direct way of booking,Please. If so please can you give details. Thanks.

I have stayed at the Nassia Quite a  few times, Have always enjoyed it, made many friends, May is a nice time to go if you want peace and queite, Go to Taj Malah Restraurant great Indian food. Very nice Owner Penny.  Try out the Fame Bar  too

We have been going to Kardamna for the past 7 years and each time we have gone we have stayed in Nissa. They are by far the best apartments to stay in on the island.

Arrived back home yesterday after spending our tenth consecutive year at the Nissia. We shall be booking next year's holiday, later today and it will be at the Nissia. After so many years, we feel like locals and have made many long lasting friendships.

I think the woman who was slating Genna was wrong.  I am a 24 year old woman and she was so lovely to me she made me feel so welcome and was a good laugh and she makes a mean sex on the beach.  The aparments are everything that you could ask for in an apartment, kettle. toaster, separate hobs and fridge!  The only thing I didnt like was the separate beds as I went hol with my fiance and it was VERY lonely.  Also the church bells ring very early in the morning especially on a weekend about 6.50am and when the footie is on about 6.30pm.  Dimitri is excellent he is so so lovely and efficent everything you want in a manager, just watch when your near the pool cos he'll make sure you'll go under!!!  The cleaning ladies are excellent, friendly and do such a great job not intrusive in anyway.  If your going this year make sure feed the family of cats (ginger mother and 5 ginger kittens and one tabby who must take after the tom) please make sure that you say hello to Genna from geordie Emma room 101 as I never got to say good bye and she is sooo lovely.  I Cant think of a better situated place that you could stay on the island.

Is anyone arriving at Nissa this week?  Myself (a geordie), bf (makem)  and 2 friends (geordies) will be there from Thursday and can't wait y'aye man!!!  We are all so excited first time in Kos and hoping that everything will fine.  Hope the bars have got enough Vodka!!!  Does anyone know how far it is to the main part of Kardamena from Nissa?  It says about a 2 min walk in the guide.   

I would recomend kardamena to singles and young couples, basically anyone who likes a bussling and energetic atmosphere! its great! we were self catering and had good facilities (fridge, hob, toaster and kettle!) and there are plenty of lovley resteraunts-  would recomend teos taverna for tasty food and Amazon ( 15 euros- £10 for a 3 course meal and all you can drink!) The nissia had a nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds and snack bar with freindly staff!  The rooms were lovley and were cleaned daily! The only downside is that air conditioning costs extra (trust me you will need it!) and towels are not changed daily! infact we liked it so much that we are thinking of going back next summer!

The apartment was spot on, apart from the temprature,could do with some air con. We went as a family and found the groups(large ) of boys cos, thats what they were, little boys, very ignorant and loud, they took over the pool and did not have any sense  at all when it came to water. At one point a idiot and his mates were in the pool and my daughter was swimming under the water with her snorkel when he decided it would be funny to put his thumb over the top of the snorkel, luckily i can lip read and stopped him in time.pr***.Its not an 18/30 apartment but it might as well be, we also had towels and things taken off the balcony this has never happened before in 8 years that we have been in kos, July is definatly not for families and quiet couples looking for a bit of peace as it says in the brochure, does anyone know if the nissia is quiet in may??? Adrian was great and so was Dimitri, the maids were also great, not sure about the barmaid jenna, unless you were male and under 21 then she was helpful, however, we did not use the bar as it was invaded with the 16/18 club, shame really as it was a good bar, i will go back but in may, hopefully when there are families there.
