Paraskos Studios

Just got back from a week at these apartments. Again very basic and had a few problems with broken locks on the doors and a dodgy light fitting but no sooner had i approached the rep a member of the family had sorted it! Very clean pool and generally felt very welcome even offered us a bunch of hand picked grapes by the papa of the family who starts his moped up same time on the dot every night lol! I think for future reference the apartments could do with an update but as long as they are clean i had no complaints!

We have just got back (Sunday 16 July) from staying at the Paraskos Studios in Kardamena and will hopefully be staying there again next year - can't wait!  The appartments are lovely and have pretty much everything you need (except towels which we had to ask the Rep for).  The pool is huge and is quiet in the day, so you are always guaranteed a sunbed (you can even follow the sun round the pool!) and the pool side snacks are great - but you can't take anything round the pool that isn't bought from their snack place so beware - I got told off for having a bottle of water I got on the plane!  The appartments are literally up the road from Status nightclub, where we went pretty much every night - it's really busy, and our other fave was Downtown, which is in the centre about a five minute walk away down bar strip - where there are loads of pr's trying to get you in their bar but they're only doing their job - if you want a (bit) of a break from that then the harbour front bars are brill - try Point One, (especially after 12pm for the drinking games) and Jolly Roger for the music. Can't wait to go back to Kos, see you there next year girls!!

Me and my partner stayed at Paraskos in July 2006. The rooms were basic, but aren't they all in Greece? Our room was cleaned twice in the week we were there, and the loo roll was replaced - phew!! Take another towel with you though as the one provided is not much bigger than a napkin!

stayed in kardamena twice a year for the last 12 years stayed for the first time in may last year at paraskos and they are by far the best and cleanest,  connie and her family cant do enough for you. we are back there in june this year

Paraskos studios are very basic, but clean there is no air con so in the high summer the heat in room is crazy but you can hire fan for 15 euro which is gd! tiny little towels so take extra but changed regular thorugh the week! pool lovely and clean through the day very quite but good to shake off the hangover! brilliant location 5mins walk from bar street and restrarnats and just a 2min stagger from status! 

clean & very basic, best thing was the pool but.............remember to take your own loo roll & they only supply a teeny weeny one towel per person & for gods sake ladies make sure you take your make up off before going to night nights cause if you get any on bedding you will get told off & have to pay for laundy ............and watch husband bit of a p**v... food was almost non existant cook did not want to cook!!!!!

The apartments were pretty basic but comfortable and you have the option of highering a fan which trust me you will need. the pool area was nice as there were always plenty of sunbeds and it was pretty relaxed during the day. The location is great its about five minutes away from the main square and a stones throw away from status. all in all quite a nice place to stay

Dont count on the Kosmar reps to help in that case. they are useless. 

Apartments and setting were lovely, not right in centre so its a bit of a trek when you come back from a night out, but I find alcohol helps with that. One warning, NEVER bring anyone back with you, especially girls, my mate brought her boyfriend who was staying in different accommodation and we thought we were going to get lynched! Apart from that though staff are cool and it's a nice place

Stayed at Paraskos 110904 until 260904 ,nice studios ,good location ,if you like it quite ,pool excellant and the family that own the studios very friendly.
Situated about 5 mins from the square and about 10 mins from the nearest beacch.
Rooms abit basic but hey this is Greece ,if you can stand no shower curtain ,and a hole in the floor for a drain then this is the place ,more for couples though.

We are thinking about going to paraskos studios. Does anyone know where abouts they are?? Are they near mc donnalds or the other end???

Styaed at paraskos with a mate between 26th june and 11th july 2004. Really enjoyed the stay. Location was perfect but found life around the pool a bit quiet. Owners were really friendly watch out for the old man and his stick!! Definately will be back next year.

Just got back on Sunday from a week in Kos with my b/f. We stayed at paraskos studios and i thought they were lovely. Great location not too far from the beach & Square and the ever so popular Status night club! however they are situated away from all the noise of a night time wich was nice if you just want to chill on your balcony. The pool here is lovely as are the owners - v.friendly & the kittens cute!!

will definately be going back next year!!!

Went early June, it was very clean, Plenty of Sunbeds and very nice owners!!

Visited Kos in June, had an excellent time. Found Paraskos studios in an excellent location,close to the square and away from all the noise when the clubs close.The studios themselves are basic but nice with everthing you need etc. The owners are lovely and keep you well informed with everything that is going on at the time. Fully recommend them and I would definately go back next year!

i went here with my boyfried for one wek on 8thmay we found it nice apart from the shower is crap as it never ahs warm water even durin the day and the floor gets soaked! connie who runs it is lovely and her daughter coutessa is very sweet too! just watch out for the cats they are evil!
