i stayed here in 2009 and it was the worst place i have ever stayed in my life. The room was terrible the balcony could fit only one size 0 in it and we were three size 10 girls i cried. the biggest waste of money i spent in my life. the only good thing was visiting turkey 3 times. mr loukas charged us 40 euros for the water Mellon apparently breaking the glass in the fridge???? we had cockroaches living in the egg department in the fridge, the air con?? what air con??? i tell you what you would have to pay me to stay there again... i will never ever return to Greece again it put me off so much. I found out the lads next door paid £250 for two weeks we paid £550 with tompson for two weeks so don't get ripped off this is a 1/2 at a push apartment 18/30's holiday sort of holiday although they put a letter through our door to keep the noise down?? what the hell? the said if we made any more noise we would be kicked out i wrote a letter back saying pay for our flights home i will happily go..if there was any noise it wasn't coming from us... any way what a dive i think i would rather die in a house fire than stay here again harsh but very true... dont believe me book for your self

BEST LOCATION IN KARDAMENA, LOCATED ON EAST SIDE OF VILLAGE 5 MINUTES FROM CENTER AND TWO MINUTES FROM BEACH.  ALL STUDIOS HAVE KITCHENETTES AND BALVONIES RIGHT OVER THE OCEAN.  THE PRICE IS AMAZING SO CHECK US OUT ON OUR WEBSITE AND BOOK DIRECTLY WITH US AND SAVE MONEY.

stayed hear between 23 to 30 july 05 its about a 10 minute walk from bar street so its not really noisey in the early hours the room was basic

costas, mr lukas is a lovely man and is very proud of his empire lukas car rentals and the loukas beach apartments. in our stay here we had a lovely view of rhodes, nissyros and turkey (bodrum) and we were treat like family by mr lukas and his wife maria

I have been to greece many times before so i know apartments are basic wherever you go. despite this the loukas beach apartments are very clean and well maintained, perfectly situated and the owner is a fantastic guy. it is right on the sea front and just far enough away from the square and bar street to get a good nights sleep. about 200 m up the road if you turn left out of the apartments is a restaurant called Anna's. the people there are very friendly and if you get aquainted with stavros (steve) just tell him you love olympiakos and he will sort you out a nice discount.

I came bak from tha loukas beach on sunday !!! we had mr lukas bangin on our door tellin us we had broken the door and we were 2 noisy ( we dint break the door it was like that already) u try keepin quiet wen u've almost drank ur weight in sambuca!!!! Neways the studios r alrite very basic quite clean but wat really pissed us off is they neva changed our sheets ewwwwwww they just shook them off evry mornin rank ! the onli fing we managed 2 cook was supernoodles lol it was ok really nice view out to the sea within staggerin distance of the rok and sugar bit of a trek 2 bar street alrite wen ur sober tho lol

The apartments were very basic, but my wife and I had a first floor seafront apartment, and the view from the balcony towards Rhodes and Turkey was superb. We stayed second week in October 2004, very warm and a great week. Short walk to the main bars, restaurants and supermarket. The best restaurant in Kardamena for a superb English breakfast and wonderful evening meal is the Paradise, about 100 yards from the apartments. Niotis and Manoj are great and will both look after you. Other restaurants are ok, but they do try to pull you in, even if you are not interested. The Amazon restaurants had a deal whereby for 15 Euros each you got a 3 course meal and a free bar - we got absolutely battered on their speciality cocktail "Sex in the Amazon"! Take your driving licence so you can hire quad bikes, probably the best way to get about, don't hire the scooters though, use bicycles if you don't want to hire a car. The beach next to the Paradise is very quiet and the sea is superb, take snorkel and goggles so you can see the fish swimming about you. We will definitely go back same time next year.

went to this place in june,although it is very basic(no pool or anything) and small it was ideal for people like my self who hardly spent any time in the rooms. Was only in there to sleep and get ready basically.
Location was also very good, was a bit of a trek to the bar street but was close to the rok and tasty corner which was a bonus! A nice walk down the seafront onto bar street didnt bother us at all.
Would defo come back here for a cheap stay.

The studios were very basic, but we didn't really need any where excellent, Loukas beack studios were fine for what we needed. we could sleep and get ready to go out. The studio had a balcony with a lovely view which we loved to look out from everyday. i would love to return to Kardamena and when i do i would not mind staying at the studios again. They were located well, right next to the sea and right next to a little supermarket. 2 min walk to your main centre you could get anything you needed.

Enjoyed our stay hear.Found the studios to be rather basic but didn't bother us as they were only used for sleeping in/getting ready.Perfect location and also the wners are lvely people who also own a rent a car place in the town.Go there for a free safety deposit box.Enjoy

is absolutely brilliant! tiny supermarket pretty much next door, your own little beach and so close to everything but can still sleep peacefully! has little kitchen with fridge and mod cons and own little balconies in each room! loved it, 10/10

does it have a pool, kettle, what facilities are in the appartments

loukas beach studios are greate their are clean in great location and the staff are really friendly . i would deffently go back there to stay.xx
