Hiiii! I stayed in this hotel in aug! I must say i was soooooo disapointed! I payed �700 4 a 2 week hol, self catering! When i got there the bathroom light didnt work, the floor was filthy! My feet got black within minutes! The fridge was dirty and the sink had like ash in there! That was first downer of the holiday! The pool in the day is okay! U will like it if ur going on a mad hol! Gud music and a nice little bar! U have 2 pay 4 sunbeds but that was okay! Also u have 2 pay 4 a safe! I wouldnt go bak 2 kos but i wouldnt reccomdend others not 2 go becoz others look 4 diff things! The maids were friendly and there was a nice little cafe jus outside the annex block x

Would definitely recommend the Argyri to anyone visiting Kardamena. It is close to everything, the pool is lovely and the beach is literally a stone's throw away. We had a wicked holiday (Even if it was a little hot... 48 degrees on our last day!!!) Wana go back!!!

This hotel couldnt be more ideal, if you are looking to go on holiday for a good laugh and plenty of alcohol. The hotel is an excellent base for the bars and clubs.

The PR's come to the pool during the days so you get to know them (more free drinks, lol), recommend going to Brothers Bar, its the first bar on bar street and they gave us so many free drinks through the week, Say hi to Becks and Sunny for me if you go.

I went to the argiri with 10 other girls and we all enjoyed the whole time we were there. I recommend that you go on the bar crawl night organised with the hotel reps. Its a good laugh and you get to know others staying in the hotel too. Also make sure that you go to the Foam party in Starlight, its the most amazing foam party you will ever go to, you cant avoid the foam, its everywhere! I lost my flip flops, as it was really hard to keep them on when you dance in foam and you are really drunk! Amazing though, defo go!!!!!

I would defo recommend this hotel, it was a great holiday. When i arrived with my friends we did think that the place was a bit run down, but it was early hours of the morning and we were all so tired, when you wake up with the sun shining everything seemed so much nicer. We stayed in the separate part of the Argiri, which isnt the nicest bit, but at the end of the day all you are doing there is sleeping there, theres too much fun to be missed out on otherwise!

Best holiday i been on, would defo go back!

The Argyri is awesome!Friendly staff and people,Nice clean pool,Bar with reasonably priced drinks and cool Reps,last year we had a rep called James and he was one f the soundest guys i've met.I'm going there again may 16th but to work this time I'll probs c u all there at some point as a lot of workers are round the pool in the day and I wouldn't wanna sunbathe any where else!

Adam the argyri is really close to Bar Street so just have a look there first night u get there and a load of PR's will just literally drag u into bars.I would recommend Brothers Bar,Slammers,Liquid for the bars and either Starlight or Status for the nightclubs but thats just me.Go on www.kos.me.uk loads of ppl write on the forums!

just back from 2 weeks at the Argyri. OK as a base, people very friendly as were all we met in Kardamena. Main problem was those who continually made a noise every night and gave no thought to others.

Weather was just on the turn and both my wife and I felt that Kardamena was a little bit "tired". OK if you want to sit and watch football or party all night, but nothing in between.

As for the complaints about the hotel listed previously, we had maid service 12 out of 14 days, towels changed every other day and linen twice a week. As for toilet paper, a new roll every day without asking.

Many thanks to Steve and Sandra who stayed at the Argyri for there insights and kindnesses.

Unlike a lot of people who go regularly to Kos, we won't be back

Stayed at The Argyri from 28 June 2006 just for a week. Me and boyfriend had a class holiday, we were in the Annexe block and I was a bit worried at 1st about what the room would be like as the main section to the aparthotel looked really nice, but it was lovely, infact I was glad we were in there cos the view from our balcony was nice aswell with a sort of sea view. Not all rooms in the annexe were the same cos on our last day we kept a room til 6pm but had to move to the room next door (was sooo glad we never had to spend our holiday in that room cos u couldnt swing a cat in there and the shower was a bit dodgy) All in all I would defo recommend staying here to anyone goin to Kos.

Four ladies 3 from Lincoln and myself from Doncaster, went to these apartments from 10th to 25th May 2006.

There were lads there from Selby, who to be honest made the holiday, they were a scream. There were also some lovely lads from Preston, Lancs. Thanks to them, we had a great time, they were friendly and good to be around. I often think of them. I know there was Paul, Phil, John and Steve. Miss ya lads...!!
The apartments were spotless, and the staff there were great too, Demitri is lovely, mind you so ae the rest of the Hotel gang.
I would live in Kardamena if I were younger!!!!!!!
Would not recommend it for families with children though, it is a lively resort with tons of things to do, the night life is excellent and buzzing.
All who go, have a fab time...

Hey! I went to the Argyri on 21st June 2006 with 5 friends! The apartments are very clean and overlook the pool which is of a good size!

The staff at reception and the bar were very friendly, as was the Thomas Cook rep James! The bar crawl is worth going on early on in the holiday!

The location of the apartments is perfect! Next to the beach and right near the bars! Music goes off in the bars at 12am, and the clubs are sound proof so there is no noise if you decide to go to bed!

Be aware that there is a charge of 2euros per day for the sunbeds around the pool, and that the air conditioning is 6 euros per day per apartment. I took my own fan with me which we used instead of the air conditioning and it was very pleasant!

It may also be worth packing a few toilet rolls as they only provide you with one toilet roll per apartment for the duration of your holiday as they expect you to buy your own! However, if you ask the maids nicely enough they will give you some more!

Over all, I would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting a lively holiday who want to stay in a clean well looked after property!

For Lydia Drain, air con was in all the rooms last year so unless thu unit is broke which I doubt given the owners attention to his rooms, you should be o.k.

Kardemena is a great place to stay. Bar street is absolutely wild, although if you want a quiet night you can go up to the harbour end as there are nice tavernas there.

I have been going to Kardemena for the last 4 years. This year its just me and my mate, we are going for 2 weeks from 30th August - so if your going the same time - drop me a line. We are staying at the Argyri this year.

Have now been to Koz 3 times stopped twice at the Argiri, everything wonderfull, depends what time of year you go ,try last week in Sept and first in Oct, kid's are all back at school and 18-30s have spent up and gone home to save up, it,s quiet , and you can pick your spot on the beach about two mins walk as you come out of the appt's and turn right,

Best breakfast at Tiffany's and you can take your pick of the bars, none are over crowded, like I said most of the d... heads have gone home.
