apartments very basic and very dissapointed as to where they were, when we booked we asked not to be near any 'muppets' ie 18-30's,as we have a 3yr old and in the wee hours of the first night found that we were right next door to a 18-30's hotel,so for 14 nights we were woken between 4-5am with a wide range of songs being sung buy the muppets, which with having a 3yr old helped a lot!!,we'd booked a cot as well and when we arrived at 'stupid o'clock' in the morning there was no cot!,hence to say that we weren't impressed!!.
anyway, room was relatively clean, but you had to buy your own toilet paper, there was no hook for the shower head,so washing your hair one handed was fun! and you could hear everything in the other rooms, which ranged from people being sick and an 'oscar winning performance' of people s**gging,it had no reception and we were'nt told what to do with the room key,so we just left it in the lock.there were a lot of 'muppets' staying at the same place and they didn't care what time they came stomping through the corridor and slamming the doors, needless to say we won't be going back to these apartments and will look for a better standard with the wondros invention of air conditioning!!!.
If you are wanting to visit Kardamena avoid these appartments. Situated next to a scooter place it is very noisy throughout the night. Walls are very thin and people staying in the appartments tend to be noisy, so don't expect to get much sleep. The cleaner also goes mental at any mess in your room, when I was there she never changed the sheets or replaced our bog roll. There was no lock on our door, the door bashed against the sink and didn't close properly and it really is the luck of the draw to which appartment you actually get. Room 3 is the best appartment in the block, so if you get that you are lucky. I cut my holiday short because of these appartments, it is also a bit of a walk to the bar street too, so not recommended for anyone wanting a short walk home after a night out. Avoid!
