Nissia Apartments

Had a tantastic time! Jenna (the barmaid) was absolutely quality!!! All staff very friendly. Apartments good, not sure about the single beds though!

Looking forward to August when we shall spend our tenth consecutive year at the Nissia. Never had any complaints about the accomodation or the resort.

This was my first holiday with jason (now my husband) back in may 1999. We absolutley loved it, so much so that we are going back in May 2005 with our baby girl, she will be 13 months old when we go.
We noticed when we were there in 99, a few couples with babies, as you can avoid the noise on an evening and sit in the cocktail area on the taverna front. Hope the cocktail area is still there !

Kardamena / Kos is probably the best resort we have stayed at, fell in love with it. Nissia apartments are friendly, clean and a nice place to stay. We met some great people around the pool.

As per every holiday their were bad points but overall not enough to stop us going back - noisey kids at 4 in the morning on a couple of nights was disapointing for a family hotel but the lady owner was quick to have a word with them. The beds are hard, giving back ache in the morning and lack of steps into the kids section of the pool was a pain for our 16 month old.

As i said no holiday is perfect and we would go back, apart from the prices for all holidays seem to have gone up sharply when trying to book for 2005.

If youve booked - well done you will enjoy.
If your thinking of booking go for it.

The water park is a great day out as well, mind you we managed to get the Grandparents to have the kids for a day so that probably helped.

got to go to the bridge bar and speak to nik very nice guy very freindly and you will have a good laugh.

stayed at the nissa august 2004 with family from stoke was not happy with accom as beds were concrete not what we were used to, bar never opened after 6 as no one to run it but i think it should have been run by the owners.weather was very good owners were missmogs and cleaning was slack.cleanning substance was put in pool when everone was swimming witch is not right but it was a nice pool area.a place with no atmospher witch was a shame really as we will not go back to kos again, it is ok if you are single and want a good time but found it to clostrophobic in the town and the prs drive you potty but you pay your money and take your chance, if anyone wants to go to greece try zanta its far far better.

We stopped here july 2004 and we found these apartments to be really good. Great pool with bar, very clean and was close to all the bars and shops. I would recomend this place to anyone going to kardemena.

I stayed in the here in may 2004 and i loved it they where great rooms and thepool was lovely they were also great with kids. The location was good by the bars and shops and a nice little work to the harbour and the beach. It wasn't very quiet in the day whilst the bikes where going past, but in thenight it was quiet which is good. Also it was very clean which is a bonus!!!

My friend and I stayed at the Nissia and throughly enjoyed it. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Many of our friends couldn't even begin to compare there room with ours. We would most certainly stay there again. it was like a bit of piece and quiet in a busy town.

I have stayed at Nissia many times would like to stay there again with hubby also friend this September

Returned Yesterday 05/09/03, having had our 8th year at the Nissia. It gets better every year. We booked for 2004 in June, how confident can you get, that your holidays will be good?

thinking about booking here for august- can the apartments fit a family of 5?

Me and 3 of my mates are visiting kardemena next July. Really looking forward to it we're very loud lively people. We are staying at the Nissi karmares Apartments. Are they nice and clean and are they near the centre?

First time to Nissia was a last minute booking, accommodation allocated on arrival. We were very lucky to have stayed here. Consequently we have returned since to Nissia, the owner is very friendly, our apartment was well situated (in the shade mid afternoon which was useful for the siesta!) and we met some very nice people. I would definitely return and I would thoroughly recommend Nissia to anyone.

Just returned from our seventh consecutive year at the Nissia apartments. As usual no compaints whatsoever. Kardamena is the place to vacation.
