Hello everyone, ive just booked to go to the Hermes hotel on 19th july and i was wondering if anyone has a picture of the hotel itself? Also is the area around the hotel quiet and what sort of aged people were at the hotel? what were the shops like?

Does anyone know how to book direct with the hotel, and if they have a web site/e-mail address?

Brilliant hotel, went there two years ago on a last minute deal, what a treat. The staff couldn't be friendlier, and they run a well kept, clean and pleasant hotel.

OK so the hotel is on a hill but what a fantastic view you get from your bedroom first thing in the morning or last thing at night. The brochure says not for families with young children but I went with my family in June 2002 and my children were aged 16,6,4 and 3 and they had a wonderful time walking up the hill looking at the wonderful scenery, churches and fauna. You could not ask for a better welcome than the one you get from Diana, Sebastian, Leo, Nick, Katrina, Spiros and the rest of the family we only wish we were going back this year to stay forever. The pool is excellent and the food is absolutely out of this world.

I will be staying at the Hermes when I go to Kos at the end of June, do they have saftey deposit boxes? Also, how far exactly is the hotel from
the beach and resort centre? And is the walk
back at night okay? Any other info would be
very much appreciated. Thanks.

We spent a brill holliday at the Hermes Hotel last August. I am now trying to send an email to Sebastian and Diana to see whether they have accommodation for this August. Does any one have their email address the only one i have doesn't work which is htlermes@hol.gr. Please help

does hermes or anyone in kefalos hire fridges

Hermes is @ bottom of hill 2min walk from beach and shops scooters are ok but the roads have had alot of damage this winter. walking is ok the hill really starts when you pass the Hermes en-route to the vilage of kefalos.

We have been to this hotel now for the past Two Years, We have had excellent holidays and we are going again the end of June 2003 for two weeks (my daughter and myself). Diana and Sebastian, Leo, Nick Katarina and the rest of the Family are very welcoming, the food is excellent and we cannot wait to visit again.

My partner and I have booked through Airtours 14 nights at Hermes Hotel from end of June. How long does it take to walk to the beach from the hotel, and is it worth hiring a scooter to get up and down the steep hill?!!!!!!!

When we were there 3 years ago we were given the web site address for the hotel. Does anyone know if there is still a website address for the hotel?

My fiance and I went there nearly 3 years ago, and we had the best holiday we've ever had. Apart from the hill on the way back after having a couple of beers, this is by far the best hotel we have both ever stayed in. At the time we had just got together and it was also my fiance's birthday. All the staff were great, they could'nt have made our first holiday together any better. In fact we are really considering going back for our honeymoon next year.

Diane and Sebastian were so friendly and welcoming. All the staff were wonderful!! The food there was excellent! Spyros's cocktails were the best I have drunk, and I drunk a lot!! I made some brilliant friends there and will be going back again in June 2003 to meet up with them.

The hotel was a very enjoyable place to stay. The staff were brilliant, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would love to go there again.
