Kefalos a beautiful village overlooking the resort of Kamari and the bay .I have only one thing to say about all you lucky people about to or considering visiting you will find all you need here.appartments are readily available for those who wish to arrange there own,the main resort has many bars and resaurants witch cater for all tastes and needs evrywhere is within easy walking distance,and for those who wish to explore the island thre is vehicle hire of all types in abundance. So ENJOY.

Kefalos is the village where the local families live out of season it is uphill from the resort of Kamari whith all the tour co's call Kefalos. the village is quiet compared to the resort,well worth the walk there are many tavernas & resaurants, Kamari bay is best viewed from here. Bank has cashpoint.Doctor & pharmacy here but check opening times.

Family run restaurant overlooking kamari bay (6mtrs to the sea)wondeful welcome here by the most professional waiters in the resort if it's not on the menu then ask easily the busiest establihment in the resort wide and varied no holds barred menu , here what you see is what you get if its in season then its fresh well priced suitable for large family groups. all tastes catered for only problem somtimes dificult to find empty table due to popularity. Hermes is @ bottom of hill 2min walk from beach and shops scooters are ok but the roads have had alot of damage this winter. walking is ok the hill really starts when you pass the Hermes en-route to the vilage of kefalos.
