dd your comment here can any one recommend a uk travel agent to book the kokallakis or of the net
No the last time I spoke with Nitsa she was not going with another travel agent. She was doing direct bookings only.We booked our flight early so got a good deal so as a matter of fact isnt working out much different than with an agent. Hope this helps.
Think you must have gone to a completley different hotel to what we have been too these past years.
Tracey the email address you want is NITSAK@altecnet.gr>. I always book this way.
Does anyone have an email for Kokalakis? Myself and husband stayed here last year with Kosmar and loved it and want to return next year but not with Kosmar. I have taken the phone number but would prefer to email rather than phone Greece.
Hi someone wanted the phone number for the Kokolakis, it is 00302242071496. We are visiting again in September and can't wait.
we want to go to kokalakis in september but need their phone number to confirm our booking, anybody help? Weve been before and really loved it.
We stayed here at Spring Bank 08,
i last visited this wonderful island back in 1994, we stayed in a wonderful guest house in kefalos (kamari bay) called sunrise, which was run by a famliy, i think the father was Tassos, and the son was Demitri. The guest house was on the main road on the left just before the small bay, i would love to go back and visit, does any one no if its still there?? Also is Kefalos still laid back, quiet, with just a scattering of bars and tavernas??.
i went at kokalakis in 2004... it is a very good and friendly place. u can see the sea from your room until the hall. it is not so expensive and the cousine was good... near to camel beach and sunny beach! if u want to stay in the greek experience u have to go! pietro
The hotel you are thinking of is the pantheon hotel it is up at the top end of kefalos with some outstanding views over the bay their phone number is 0030 22420 71900 hope this helps.
Hi Jenny - hope you haven't gone yet! Just read your query. There are no fridges or kettles in the rooms if you are staying bed and breakfast. We were there in June and to make sure we had a cool drink in the night we bought a bottle of water or pop last thing out of the bar fridge. It's a smashing hotel and I'm sure you'll have a lovely stay - fridge or no fridge. If you havn't gone yet - give our love to Nitsa and Co from 'Fat Belly' and Sue
We are going to the Kokalakis Hotel, Kefalos next week. Can anyone tell me if there is a fridge and/or kettle in the room? We are in a hotel room on bed and breakfast basis.
We had a terrific fortnight in June 2005. The hotel is nicely situated near all amenities i.e bus stop, restaurants and most importantly - the beach. The hotel staff - Nitsa & fiance (can't remember his name), Poppy, Luca, Mama & Papa Kokalakis & co were all extremely friendly and couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. The hotel has a marvelous pool with plenty of sun beds that are lovely and comfy. Snacks and drinks are all very reasonably priced and all the rooms, and the hotel itself are spotless, due to the hard working chambermaid. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet and super relaxing time. Kelv & Sue Roddis and Bob & Sue Mackay from Nottingham and Hull, England
superb
A late entry from last years holiday due to our e-mail option only coming on line recently.
This is the best place to go if you just want to chill out. My partner and I went for a week in June 2004, and are going back in a weeks time! The location is perfect and people are lovely and the beaches are fantastic (check out Camel Beach its amazing). Just make sure that you have air-conditioning as the rooms do get extremely hot.
This was the most relaxing holiday ive ever had. The staff here are lovely very friendly and helpfull i plan to go back next year.
Excellent hotel, very friendly staff.
We have just returned from our seond holiday at this hotel. There has been significant refurbishment since last year and more to come after the end of the current season. We love this place and the owner's staff and family are wonderful; they will do almost anything for you to make your stay enjoyable. We have already booked our 2005 hilday at this resort and this hotel. Many thanks to Nitsa, Mirella and all staff for a wonderful holiday yet again.
Great location in the centre of the bay with lots of restaurants and bars within 10-15 mins easy walk, bus stop for Kos is across the road.
Rooms basic but clean, beds guite hard and some smells in the shower/toilet as its not ventilated and has an unsealed drain in the floor, quiet with window closed but the mopeds & bikes on the racetrack/road outside go on till 3am and most don't have a silencer.
B & B breakfast is 1 cup of tea/coffee, 1 glass of orange juice and 2 slices of toast (with butter & jam)any more is extra
Excellent 2 weeks. Kokalakis Hotel was excellent. All the staff
were very friendly and would do anything to help. Rooms were
very clean with bedding and towels changed at least three times
per week. Air conditioning was a must, and very reasonable at
only 5 euros per day. More improvements are planned before
2005.
We have been back for the last two years and are looking to go back this year. The hotel is ideal for what you pay, no it isnt the Ritz but it does a good job whilst you are there, it is clean with no bugs or other things lurking about. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and resort to anyone I speak to.
