These were the best apts we have stayed in Greece. We have been many places in Greece and these have been the friendliest, the cleanest and the best equipped.
We stayed here May 2004 and had a great time. We had an apartment and the kitchen facilities are the best I have had abroad. The owners, Poppy and Makis are great. It was my daughter's 5th birthday while we were there and they got her a card and present. Food there lovely but more than other places so tended to try other places. Also supermarket across the road nearly as good choice as Asda (but better food) , so ate in a bit. Some nice bars if you turn left out of the apartments, very child friendly with toybox! Avoid the trip to Bodrum if you like peace and not being harrased.
My family and I are going to the Elite Apartments, Kos Town, in 10 days (not that we are counting!!). The Unijet brochure says that air conditioning is 'payable locally'; does anybody know how much it costs?
I need the E-mail adress of the appartment for to ask informations and price and the possibility to reserve. Pls could you send the address to my mail? Thanks in advance danio76@tiscali.it
To Les, Sue & Will Morfitt,
I read your request dated the 16th of July 2004 with regard to your holiday in Kos in 2005 and you asked about things to do in Kos Town. I visit Kos on a regular basis and I have put a few suggestions on my web site, take a look. The web address is:-

Have booked a holiday at the Elite Studio's for summer 2005. There will be myself (Les) my wife (Sue) and our 14year old son (William). We are really looking forward to it and it is our second time on a Greek Island the first being Crete. Your place looks like heaven so we thought we would come and sample your quality.
Looking forward to meeting you all and in the meantime could you please if possible send us some info on things to do in and around Kos town for a family.
Many thanks
Les / Sue & Will
Six of us stayed for two weeks during the Euro 2004. Had an excellent time, didn't want to come home. Only got back home on the 8th of july and want to go back desperatley. Poppy and Makkis are friendly and helpful and make you feel at home. The atmosphere was amazing during the football although Makkis was not up for being thrown in the pool on the night of the final. An extra special thanks to Poppy for the kiwi fruit!!!! Whether you're 5 or 95 you'll have the best time of your life! In need of one or two of Poppys full english breakfasts every day! If we're ever in Kos again we'll come and visit and have a cocktail and one of Tommys T-bone steaks!
Last but not least thank you both for a very memorable stay! Hope to see you soon (very soon)

Information on staying at the Elite Apartments, Kos Town please.
up there with the better places to stay, very good welcome from the owners, Poppy and Makis, good food and cocktails (especially the cocktails!) I had an injured knee when we stayed there last year, would have appreciated not being on the third floor....but it was very nice anyway.....you'll like staying here, just a short walk to the harbour, or the beach, new supermarket open opposite as well for self caterers. enjoy.
