Have just returned from a week B&B at the Mediteranee. Brochure description was accurate (well done Kosmar). Easy 20 min stroll past the marina into Kos Town and just across the road from a long narrow sand and stone beach. Loads of tavernas close by. Hotel staff always friendly and helpful. Air-con available at extra charge. Small safety deposit boxes for hire in 24hr reception (12 Euros for the week). This was the end of the Summer season and although basic B&B the room was tidy, clean and comfortable with a small fridge for the booze. Also a shower curtain (yes a shower curtain in Greece!). Most balconies seem to have decent views of beach and hills inland. Guests can use a great pool with sunloungers next door for free. If you want your room after Noon on departure day it was 22 Euros until 8pm (another 8 Euros to keep it until the coach arrives if you have a later departure and they aren't busy)
