Kardamena Resort

2 lasses from Leeds in Kardamena for the first time for 2 weeks (last 2 weeks in july), and we loved it that much went 6 weeks later for a week (first week in sept). It was the best time of our lives. A few people to thank for that, Si and Ollie from Hello bar, Chris (black magic) from Sugar then Zoom, Everyone at Bernies bar, especially Bernie, Lee from rumours, and Andre the dj too, little Jamie who worked in Billys bar then Club 69, Steve and Leanne Brewers droop, and generally everyone we annoyed the hell out of! We must of made an impression coz when we went back everyone knew our names. Cant wait to go back next year!!!

We thought that Kardamena was off its head. We loved. We are going back in july/august and we will be mad for it. hello to all the nutters we met. Cant tell you what bars we went too coz we were too smashed. We know it was good tho.!!

Lots of bars, restaurants, tavernas & shops. Nice beach, deep shelving water, even a shipwreck. Try TASSOS Restaurant (has No-Smoking area), try LIGHTHOUSE Welsh Bar (karaoke & reasonable drinks), try COCKTAILS & DREAMS Bar (quick service) & LAZY DAYS cafe bar (English Chef serving big portions until 5.30pm) - great place, lots to do (even a MacDonalds for the kids) We went Sept/Oct and it was still VERY HOT.

I loved iot and all the women loved me. Amazing women, cold beer. Just a pity one of my mates was so dull. Birds are well up for it however ugly.

the bridge bar wos excellent it has music after 12 darren the bar man is fit goin bk next yr luved it lods gem xx

This is the best holiday I have ever been on. Big hugs to Sarah, Lorna, Lex, Claire, Caroline and Emily and thanks for making our holiday so much fun. PR's can get annoying but once they know you it's ok or just tell them you are going to a certain place seems to work. Accommodation is basic and can be noisy but hey-you don't go there to sleep! Must vists include; Loustros, Scala, Chilli Peppers, Crossroads, King's Arms and The Ship but be careful it can do funny things to people!!! :-)

Got back on the 11th - Best place I've been so far. Found the place expensive, but well worth it.
Nice views everywhere & the greeks are good people.
If you're thinking of excursions go to the local agents instead of the rip-off reps. And there are plenty of Gypo types selling flowers, balloones etc.
12pm music shut-off is annoying too, but not to far to find one of the clubs.

KARDEMENA ROCKS!!!!the madest place on the island, with the best bar in the world! If you dont do anything while your in kos make sure you go to BERNIES BAR. Not only cool music but has mad staff and cheap booze. The 'mad club' and 'downtown' are the best nightclubs,'Status' is overated but a good place to pull! In the day the 'kool pool' is a good place to hangout. The 'cheshire lads' will be back, kadamena beware.

Just got back from Kos (Kardamena) going back again as soon as the money's available. Went to Just Blue every night, tried some other bars that weren't bad but couldn't beat the atmosphere and music at Just Blue. The DJ has all the serious tunes and plays out of the best club there after midnight (when Just Blue closes)the Club's called STATUS, 10 out of 10 for hunks!!

came back from kardamena 2 weeks ago now GUTTED but on the plus going back 13th september for a week then hoping to go back next year for the season.the stone roses bar is the place to be then off to mad i think.cant wait.any advice on working the season would be welcome.

Rex is landing in Kardamena on Saturday 23rd August. After visiting for the first time last year, Rex is more confident of success in the coming weeks. Look out for Rex strutting around the Blue Lagoon swimming pool, the only place to spend your days.

heya peeps. we were out there from the 2nd to the 9th of july. on one of the nights me and another bloke were dressed as the eastern european substitutes from soccer am, another two were the 118 guys, another was superman and another was a gnome.
i'd just like to say tho i thought as a resort kos was absolute ball bags, we had bare jokes but only kos we made our own fun. the beach and clubs were w@nk.

hi the 6 stoke lads have just come bak from kardamena. Did any1 c the stoke boys on tour t-shirts. Kardamena is a awesome place especially bar strip.The clubs arn't bad. Status was a bit poor but starlight is good. We stayed in jenny's and ended up paying 400 euros in damage even though most of it wasn't our fault. BIG SHOUT TO THE GUILDFORD GALS!!! The Greeks are a bunch of tossers espescially the starlight man!!!!

We had a 150 Euro Fishbowl!!!! 17 Litres of spirits i think then we kept adding all the free shots we had! it was bloody awful and i got rescued passed out on a bridge by about 20 people (cheers!!!) it only cost us 5 Euros a piece so it was a cheap night for me!

Now then, The Sheffield lads were back at the weekend after a great two weeks! It was really hot and the bars and clubs were great! Must say you just had to go to Mario’s every night for a Fish Bowl !

If you want to Chill out and have a cheap cocktail before you go to a club then SKYLINE is the best place. Have a cheap cocktail and see Pete, Louse and Billy the mad greek lad! Its on the front street side just after bars like Marios and Crazy house and just before the clubs like zoom etc etc . Tell them the Sheffield lads sent you!

I would highly recommend Kardamena for all you singles out there. The night life was amazing. Good choice of bars and clubs to go to, and every where you walk people are offering you free drinks, so needless to say you get very drunk on hardly any money. Bars are quite small so I'd recommend going in beginning of June like we did as it wasn't too busy. Highly recommend going to The Rock at 5:30am to watch the sun come up..... it's a bar on the beach that stays open until the sun has come up! This was the best holiday I have ever had and will definitely go back again next year......

went to kardemena last year and loved it really happening place with cheap ale not rough like other clubbing islands and not to deer either i took £600 and had enough 4 2 weeks.(and i can drink a fair wack 2). going back this year 4 2 weeks 12th july. you will love it there was 10 of us last year and 8 this year. best bars are chilli peppers and mainly KING ARMS ( big dave works there) and @ the chilli pepper bar there is an Ali G imitater and he is well good.If u fancy some Kareoke go to Metro bar. to be honest go anywere its all good. be carefull of the gypo kids though they hang around a bit but if u r alright with ure dosh u will be safe

Kardamena is by far the best resort in Kos, i stayed there for 2 weeks and didnt want to come home, it has Brilliant Nightlife but is also quiet in parts, food, great beach, shops and the people are great!

We r 4 lads from norfolk and we ar coming to kardemena in july. Its the first time we have left england, the furthest i've ever been is to see my aunty tracy in wigan! so going to kardemena is going to be quite an adventure for us! i hear there are some strange folk in such far away places, but i'm lokkin forward to meetin you all the same. we went to kos for a girlie holiday and ended up having the best hol ever. loved the just blue bar ben was well fit, tango bar we know steve s**gged that bird in the loo and broke the toilet seat when he was also trying to get into my mates pants.

bollox to kardemena. everything closes to early and i go on holiday to get ride of the dick-heads and that is what kardemena has loads of. if u want a pucka time then go to kos town. i work there in the summer and it is full of p***y and the bars stay open till mid-morning. see u in the heart-rock next year. i'll have a cap on.

went in oct ad gr8 time beach gud nightlife gr8 also gud family resort. take no notice of the bores. were no spring chickens but we still enjoyed.

Kos is beautiful, Kardamena is an eyesore with the dregs of British society slobbering over their fry-ups and endless video re runs of Friends and Only Fools and Horses. Use Kardamena only as a stop off for the volcano, though if you like culture and a true flavour of Greece, stay in Kos Town.

me and my boyfriend went to kardamena for a week. Apart from dirty flooded appartments it was ok. We went to Kos town it was beautiful but will not go back to Kardemena!

We visited Kardamena for a day trip out, stayed about 2 hours. Not alot to do, perfect if you want a clubbing and drinking holiday. Couldnt wait for the next bus so ended up getting a taxi to Paradise beach!

We had a great time in beautiful Kos. It was surprising how many things there are to keep you occupied on an island so small, needless to say a week just wasn't long enough. For a delicious Greek meal go to Avli just off the main square.When out drinking in Kardamena beware of the persistant PR's!!!

Actually stayed in Kefalos but had the misfortune to go to Kardamena for one night. Oh dear is all I can say. If you want to be a typical Brit abroad then fine but I'm afraid the only thing Greek about Kardamena is the weather. Can't even say it's 'Club 18-30,s', we had some friends who stayed there who said it was more like 'Club 10-15's'. However, if all you want is to go clubbing and eat fish and chips, then this is the place for you!

Me and my best mate went out to Kos in May '02 - it's a beautiful place with a brilliant nightlife and excellent people - the workers out there are really friendly and helpful, from reps to bar staff. If you go, make sure you go into Harleys and Point One - the two best bars on the beach front.

Beach was dirty, broken bottles and food everywhere, is it always like this or just because it was the end of season?

me and my mate are going to kos on the 5 oct if anyone wants to meet up for a laugh mail me we are staying in the kalimera kos hotel.its my mates first time abroad (a bit sad as he is 31)but we are up for loads of drinking !

Have had a brilliant time in kardamena july/aug very hot loads of genuine people holday score 10/10 try it you wont be dissapointed.try the boat trip to turkey and have the best of both worlds we will be back again dave/cath/tracy/lisa/colin/kevin

had such a good time in kardamena. six of us on our 1st girlie holiday, and it was the perfect place for us. Cant really say anything bad. Couple of us are going back next year to work for the season, cant wait, want to go back now, as been back a month, and missing it loads. Make sure you go down the little bar street, and go into tango bar, look for the flag, made especially for them by us. beth xx

I LOVE KARDAMENA!!! It was fantastic. I recommend stayin at the kool pool apartments, they were basic but great for what we needed. the pool is the best 1 on the island with decent music n funny tunes.gr8 laugh. Nightlife is excellent.Not too wild bt a great night out!! U have to go to BONKERS irish bar!1 the people are fantastic! If u do go i bet u have a fab time. Me n my friend did and we r going back next year without a doubt!!!!

EXCELLENT HOLIDAY BEEN FIVE TIMES ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. IF YOU GO YOU HAVE TO TRY RUMOURS BAR IT'S THE BEST BAR IN KARDAMENA. THE MUSIC'S GREAT, THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE, THE STAFF ARE FAB AND THE OWNER IS SOUND. TRY IT! KNOW YOU'LL LIKE IT

I LOVE KARDAMENA AND MAMMIS BEACH APARTMENTS i recommend it to anyone who's considering going to kardamena mammis beach is lovely and the owner is very friendly and makes you feel at home

Kardamena is great if you want a really good drunken night out but is the Blackpool of Kos and can be a bit tacky. We had a great time!

the nightlife is not as busy as somewhere like ibiza, but it's busy enough to see you have a good time, and it's not full of t**ts like ibiza!
