Blue Horizon

this was a really nice place..had the best meal here whilst on holiday...shame it has shut down though

 It was always really empty which put us off  but it was recomended by another couple and im really glad i tried it. the food was brilliant and it was very clean and friendly.

We loved this place! Very good Greek food. Can recommend any of the starters - we went in one evening and ordered 7!! oh yes, that was a good evening!

nice simple Greek taverna, good value for money. Nice family.

we had been disappointed  with the lack of genuine greek food in kefalos until we found evodkia's (blue horizon) taverna . we ate there on four occasions and can thoroughly recommend all the dishes we tried: moussaka, stifado, greek salad, tzatziki, stuffed aubergines etc. all the vegetables are home grown by the family who own the taverna and the cooking is sup**vised by the grandma. the service was also good and very friendly. if you are looking for a real taste of good greek food then this is the only place to go in kefalos.

My fiance and I went in here for our 1st meal in Kefalos on sun 5th june and it was wonderful, yes it was a bit quite but dont let it put you off, the service was excellent and the meze was gorgeous. I had proper greek mousaka for the 1st time in years and it tasted better than I can do and Im 1/2 greek! The price was nowhere near as much as I thought it would be and I would recommend it to anyone. x

Don't let the fact that it's never busy put you off. We went in when the place was empty and were a bit concerned. But we didn't need to be the food was lovely and the staff friendly.

went there on the 19july 2004 crap food crap service and the waiter smslt sweety very off putting give this a miss you will be glad

Kaz, we have been visiting Kefalos for eight years and the Blue Horizon is always empty, or it certainly always is when we visit in September/ October time - perhaps it's the time of year.... I don't know, but I must admit it has put us off eating in here for that one reason, never anyone in!! Shrimps Saganaki is lovely though I agree with you there - we tried it in Stop Inn and would recommend it to anyone.

The season had only really started and this place was virtually empty. The shrimps saganaki was to die for!

This place has got the best food. The beef stifado is the best. I have never tried anything so nice!!! Great quick service and a lovely welcome!!! best place to eat in kefalos!!!!
