Nefeli Hotel

We did not actually stay here, but stayed over the road at anna studios.
we visted Nefeli one night and were made to feel welcome from then on!
we were allowed to use there bar and pool which was great.
the pool was better for the childen as they had a smaller one they could use and it wasnt icy cold like the other one.
Nicos the manger made us feel so welcome he invited us to there greek night which was fantastic with proper greek dancers and they got everyone invoved by getting people to dance with them.
With there greek night they had all u can eat food with free alcohol and shots.
Even though we didnt stay there we were made welcome and felt like home.

Keith and I have been to the Nefeli 5 times, the last time which was 26th May to 9th June 2004. On June 5th we were married and had our reception at the Nefeli. Thank you Nicos, Niki, Maria and family not fogetting Wilma for a wonderful wedding and holiday, treated as always as part of the family, look forward to seeing you all again in October.

Best holiday we have had for years. Nikos and the rest of the staff could not be nicer. The greek nights are excellent and the free shots are most welcome. Everything there was so good. We hope to go back again in October. Thanks again to Nikos and Wilma and everyone else. xxx

Having read all the comments and had some good recomendations on this hotel we are looking forward to our two week visit from the 11th August. If anyone can send us a map of the area areond the hotel we would appreciate it.

Just got back from wonderful honeymoon in Kos, resort was very quiet as went beginning of May. Hotel has great swimming pool, pool table, ping-pong, darts, inside and outside bars. Nikos and his family, and Wilma are friendly and helpful, good breakfast and evening meals available. Kos town is 5-10 minute cycle away, plenty to see and do there, taxi into town 5 euros. Went on day excursion on the sailing boat Eva which I high recomend (38 euros). Also took flying dolphin hydrofoil to Patmos which was so fast, for 20 euros. Beer 2 euros, cocktails 3 euros. Lambi steet 5 mins walk, Amazon Restaurant does all inclusive meal for 15 euros including cocktails, New Eden restaurant was also great, try their apple pie. Old River cafe at Kos Beach is good place for lunch, if you like fish go up white stone steps to Fish House in Kos town. Make sure you visit Asclepion, couple miles southwest of Kos Town, open in mornings.

TO BE HONEST THE JOURNEY FROM AIRPORT PUT ME OFF, BUT THE SIGHT OF THE HOTEL & OUTSIDE POOL WAS FOR ME A START OF A GREAT WEEKS HOLIDAY.
THE FOOD IS PAR EXCELLENCE, THE FAMILY RUN HOTEL GAVE MYSELF AND FIANCE, A WARMTH OF RESPECT. THE APPRECIATION OF OUR STAY LAST OCTOBER AND THE ENJOYMENT,LAUGHTER,CARD GAMES,POOL NOT FORGETTING THE
POOL SIDE GREEK DANCING WITH DANCERS(STAMINA NEEDED-THAT'S RESIDENTS).
OUR RETURN THIS OCTOBER SHOULD BE A WELL EARNED REST AND HELLO TO THE

we have just returned from our second holiday at the nefeli hotel , nicos and family are just great, not forgeting wilma and the rest of the staff.on our first visit we arrived as a guest and left as a family friend,s we can recomend the nefeli hotel to eny one.

Myself and my boyfriend have just come back from two weeks at the Nefeli Hotel run by the ever so hardworking Nikos and his family (Maria, Nikki, Wilma, Beckham, Big Paris, Katalina, Pedro and little Paris).
This family run hotel is ever so welcoming and nothing is too much whatever the time of day.
The hotel is very clean and rooms are of an excellent standard, nicely decorated and cleaned on a daily basis.
The food is also fantastic, good value for money and plenty of it (not good for the waistline).
Every Wednesday night Nikos has a Slouvaki evening (on the BBQ) and every Saturday night is a Greek Night, where you participate in greek dancing and Nikos again cooks up a great BBQ (all you can eat).
The Poolside Bar is open 24 hours a day, happy 'hour' is from 6pm to 7.30pm every day and serves pretty much everything ie freshly squeezed fruit juice, milkshakes, water, soft drinks etc draft beer, wine, cocktails and bottled beer ie Bud and Smirnoff Ice.
The pool is clean and there are always penty of sunbeds and parasols.
The hotel is actually situated in Lambi about 1.5 miles from Kos Town. It is a quiet location and you are not overlooked by any other hotels. This compensates for the fact that you are a little way from Kos Town. However you can either walk (about 30 minutes), bike ride (about 7-10 mins) or get a taxi for about 5 euros.
We hired bikes for 2 weekss costing about 20 euros each. This was by far the best way to get around. Eveyone hires bikes in Kos because it is too hot to walk and it is so flat.
Overall we give this hotel a big thumbs up and would definitely without hesitation come back again.

Just returned from a fantastic holiday in Kos Town. An excellent hotel & apartments with friendly staff, lovely food and a 24-hour bar! Beautiful pool area, with smaller pool for children. About a 10 minute walk from the centre of Kos Town which made it an excellent place to relax. Will definately return! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!!!

I recently returned from a holiday at Nefeli Aparthotel. At first I felt the hotel was situated too far out of town-until I went there! The studios were spotlessly clean and the staff, from Nicos ( the manager) down, couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. I will not hesitate to return!!! A lovely hotel in a wonderful position-I miss the cows and the donkeys and the chickens-I only wake up to traffic noise now! Can't wait to come back!!!
