just back from tingaki.apts were cleaned every day and they could not be better situated with supermarkets very close by and beach no more than 3/4 min stroll.season was just beginning when i arrived(13/5/10) and just kicking in when leaving on 28th.if you want a relaxing holiday then this is for you.thanks katerina for being so helpful.get mossie repellent for nights!

We visited Filitsa Studios in Tingaki last summer (2009) and we were amazed!
How beautiful this place can be. During our accommodation we were treated like Queen & King!
Rooms are very spacious and most of all CLEAN!!! The apartments are owned by Katerina, a friendly lady who always smiles, smiles and smiles and made everything a lot easier for us. My husband and I stayed in room No.7 that was in the second floor, had a refrigerator, hotplates, pans, plates, knifes and forks (for a meal made totally by us), an electric-kettle, a lovely bathroom & shower, two spacious beds,a lovely vanity, mirror and bench set,a closet storage and had an amazing view! Filitsa is located in the main street of Tingaki and super markets were all arround us, as well as restaurants & cafes. Every morning we took breakfast in the wonderful balcony of our room and then got ready to hit the sandy beach, which was ONLY 2 minutes walk from Filitsa. It's like living in small & friendly town with many options and the beach nearby.We also took a couple of times the bus to get to "Kos Town" (duration time: less than 20 min.).
Kos island is a superb place to be...we also traveled to 3 nearby islands in a day trip.
Just tryin' to make a new reservation to Filitsa in July '10 and thought of writting down a review too.

These apartments are kept very clean and it is an ideal location for accessing the beach, local restaurants and watching the cruise ships pass turkey and the other greek islands. The balcony overlooks an open field and then the main street with the sea beyond. It is a pleasant walk to the large beach and Katrina is most helpful. Complimentary fan provided and mosquito killer. kitchen facilities quite basic, but, plenty snack bars and eating places nearby

Although the studios are a few years old we found it to be ok. The location is good apart from the view from the balcony which overlooks a bare patch of ground about the size of a football pitch and a small plot of land where a car hire company parks their cars. The maid service is really good and we even got a free pedestal fan provided. It was relatively quiet at nights and we had no problems sleeping. Lack of hot water after 7.30pm and in the mornings!
About 7 minute walk to the beach but several hotels with pools available within the same distance as the beach. Best one is The Oasis Hotel (Olympic), others had many foreign guests which is OK apart from when trying to converse etc.
