We thought that Manos were excellent.  The Welcome Meeting was not overly long, yet was informative, and there was absolutely no pushy tactics in order to sell their trips.

 
Our rep in Kefalos was particularly helpful and had a great knowledge of the resort etc etc.. We has many questions for her which were answered eagerly.

Richard was our rep too. After talking to him in the Number One Bar -where he can be found when not on duty - said he arrived a week before we did (about 12.08.04). Nice guy, friendly without being in your face.

Re: comments on the rep - have just visited Mastihari with Manos - arrived 26 August - a new rep in resort, we were told on the transfer, named Richard - excellent service, lovely guy, very friendly and we always knew where to find him - he tells us he will be back next season....

The comment below is spot on! - Manos we very good to us when our flight had to be diverted to Rhodes because of fog! - Had coaches waiting to take us to a 5 star hotel, couln't fault them BUT the rep was basically a prat.We never saw him for 2 weeks & had to ask the locals for advise on where to go.I noticed in Helens comments a while back that you were interested in Terverna Davids location, Did you find it? we loved it and only found out about it late in the holiday, going back next year though!

We have travelled to Greece with Manos several times with no real complaints. However this year's rep in Mastihari, Stephan, is not very efficient. He spent the coach journey from the airport trying to be funny, instead of passing on useful information. When we tried to see him to check on something he wasn't where he was supposed to be, and we ended up wasting our time. He never showed up! Coach journey back to airport was of similar standard........he was useless getting people into the right queues. Hope he isn't there again next year. We might try the Greycat company who specialise in holidays to Mastihari.

Well what can I say certainly not an ideal place for familys we went to kardamena stayed at the plousia appartments,not very clean towels were stained very noisy road motor bikes, dust carts, late night boozers.
We complained to the rep didnt get much help from her.
Kardamena is a lovely place but if we went later on in the year there would have been lots of familys there.

Having booked a one bedroom apartment for 4 people. We arrived to find two separate studios (not apartment), 1 studio had a cat locked in it, hence stains, hairs on bedding and carpets. The fridge had the salad compartment full of water and mould, the reps response to this was they had a power cut one day, funny the other studio fridge wasn't defrosted. The mosquito net over the balcony door was ripped to shreds and finish it off broken glass on the floor. In the defence of the rep he cleaned the fridge himself and supplied us with a different bedcover which was worst than the first and also told us that the mix up with the apartment was down to our local travel agent and there was nothing he could do about it. He did say look at it as being an up grade 2 rooms instead of one, quite frankly we found this comment an insult!!!! 2 days into the holiday we still cannot find this Mastihari Rep. Most of our complaints he replied by telling us about other complaints.

have to say i found the reps great. No problems at all and our rep visited daily for at least an hour, going round checking everyone was ok. Enjoyed both nights we went out with them and knew if their was a problem thed sort it. btw, neone no how to get in contact with the manos rep steve??!!

This years resort rep for Mastihari is not very helpful, only saw him once at the welcome meeting where I complained about being stranded at our accomadation in the middle of the night with the wrong details and no key. His reply was "oh well, someone messed up!" Thank goodness for the locals who helped us out.

I have travelled to Kos twice with Manos and am going again this year. I have always found them more than helpfull and the service first class, even when we had a 3 hour delay at the airport the rep stayed with us.

Cramped flights and totally useless reps. (toward end of season)
Didn't let that spoil one of the best, fairly cheap, holidays ever.
Definitely going back, but probably with a different operator.

Our rep was ill and couldn't make the introduction and the stand-in was only interested in selling overpriced excursions. Went on the Greek night at €36 when I could've got it in the square for € 24 , also they were 1/2 hour late picking us up and we had to rush around Zia and nearly missed the sunset. There was no info on Kardemena - not even a map. Didn't see the rep until they picked us up to go back but apart from that had a really good time and made our own way around and saved a bit of money on the excursions.

The arrangements went well, the rep was very helpful, and generally we had no complaints. Be warned though, the triips and car hire they try to sell you is more expensive than those you can find yourself - shop around!

The 2 reps i had in kardamena i found very helpful when ever I spoke to then and on the greek night out not that I use reps much but charlette told me off for not getting her involved when my water pipe broke(this is because other companies I have been with come 7pm they are in the bars) I sorted it myself with the cleaner(see comments about sarah). I think they could be a good company if they improved there accomadation list.

REPS ARE ANONYMOUS BUT WORTH PUTTING UP WITH IF YOU CAN FIND ONE OF THEIR BETTER PROPERTIES - TRY THE EMMILLIANA IN KARDAMENA IN A QUIET SPOT RIGHT ON THE BEACH

Stayed in Mastihari in June. The rep hadn't any local knowledge (if you could find her) and didn't really help with anything much.

When we had a problem we had to wait over 24 hours to see the rep!!!!
