This was our 9th holiday in Kefalos and the best, the resort has not changed that much in recent years, the difference this year was the hotel Athinoula everything about this hotel is first class from the cleanliness of the rooms,the pool bar,the location but the biggest mention of all goes to the family, nothing was to much trouble and everyone was made welcome even the people who just used the pool and snack bar.We enjoyed it that much that we have alredy booked for next year.We meet people year after year in Kefalos give it a try and I think you would be like us, excellent accomadation in an excellent resort.
PS As someone else has already quoted BBQ night at Athinoula was superb Excellent value for Euros and a good night

Being a regular to this restaurant I would say my wife and I have been to the wave 20 - 25 times in the 9 years we have been going to kefalos,the food here is superb the service first class Yanis the BOSS is a real character and makes everyone welcome,the first time we were taken to the wave by our greek friend George we were so surprised from the road it looks like a small square box but once you go through the front doors it opens up right on the beach front,an excellent setting for your evening meal.The wave was so good that our friends from scotland were married in kefalos and we used it for the wedding meal once again nothing was to much of a problem for Yanis he kept all the staff on in the afternoon to accomodate the wedding party.
We think most people enjoy this restaurant that try it,if you are going to kefalos give it a try its your loss if you dont .
We will be back next year for our favourites,pork & pineapple,stiffado is brill here my wife says also try stuffed vine leaves and stuffed tomatoes & peppers.

Quality of food was fine but there are a lot better in Kefalos than this on average a meal for 4 adults was costing around 60euros in here it was 100 euros and the food was no better.Been to Kefalos nine times now and only went back here as our friends were in resort for first time,will not be going back to Aussie Steak House(RIP OFF)

This is our favourite bar/taverna in kefalos,one of the reasons we go back year after year is to see the family George,Effi,Maria and Yanis As well as Pantellis and his crowd. we meet people in here year after year.Food is good in here and drink no to pricey,George will always tell you "not many tourists this year" See you all next year.
