We stayed in the Marianna Studios in August 06 and found some parts not to our liking. The room was cleaned most days but bedding & towels where not changed for the whole week we where there. The pool was nice but very over crowded and you had to get up early to put your towel on a sun lounger if you wanted one. I did not find the hotel staff as happy or friendly as some had said. The rooms where very basic and for self catering you really could not cook very much with two hot rings. Everything about the hotel was about saving money so you where only provided with the minimum not even toilet paper.

The worst part we found along with many others leaving the same night was being evicted or that's what if felt like. With most hotels you have to vacate the rooms by 12am here was the same but we where the lucky ones we where picked up by (Last Choice) at 10.30pm some had to wait until 04.30am so yes 15 hours sat at the front of the hotel waiting. You can extend your stay on your last day till 6pm wow !! and that will cost extra 20 euros. All luggage is left in a holding area where anyone can do what they like to it and yes the hotel excepts no responsibility to your luggage, Where's the security ?

It felt like the hotel had said you have had your holiday now get out !!!

Well would I go back ? not on your nelly

And for anyone who has booked already look at the faces of the people outside the hotel when you are entering, That will be you in a week or two.

The Saggitarius Restaurant in Tingaki was one of the high points of our holiday

We did our day trip to Turkey with our tour rep First Choice as we thiught it would be the best bet and safe. Oh where we wrong ! the trip was well over booked over 600 on a small boat to Turkey with little space on board. Turkey was nice and I would visit again but I would plan the trip myself. the boat was late leaving & late getting back and little help from First Choice and to make matters worse we where charged twice when we returned home. I have followed the complants procedure on the First Choice web site but nowone has replyed to me at all. First Choice should be Last Choice

Very nice beach good for kids and plenty of sun beds for hire at good rates nice and clean too

Tingaki is a nice place but we felt most of the Greek had been removed and replaced with English/German bars and all that. I like to look round the history of a place when on holiday but there was little left. Kos town was worth a visit as there was some good sites there. Air Con is needed here and very few hotels seamed to have it ?

What a nighmare Check in was fine but wait till you check out !!!

Had to wait out side as its so small then allmost everyone got charged for extra lugage 25euro for 2kg over when we went back with less than we took ???????  everyone on our flight was complaining  Where you part of the flight to Bristol on he 10/08/06 ??
