We had a great holiday - no thanks to jmc. The rep was uninformative and uninterested in anything but trying to persude us to book up on the expensive trips offered. we saw a kos mar welcome meeting and leart heaps more from that!!

The actual hotel was lovely and so were the owners -they made our holiday!!

Got back from Kos 2 weeks ago. Went with 5 other friends and thought it was amazing, the best holiday ever. We stayed at the Lenaki appartments which were lovely, just a 10min walk into the thick of things. Our rep Andy was great, as well as all the other reps. They really go out of their way to make your holiday one to remember. And are always keeping the party spirit going. The bar crawl was such fun. The Heartrock Bar on Bar street should really be visited. Also went scuba diving and went on sun kissed cruise. Overall the best holiday ever that won't be forgotten. I really want to go back!

The JMC reps were really welcoming and friendly. Our welcome meeting was very helpful. We stayed in Tingaki and our rep was Gemma. She was great fun. We went on a couple of the organised trips including the pub crawl in Kos Town on a Thursday night. Even though they had to do the same thing every week the reps were all really up for it and put so much effort in to make our night a good one. The turbulance on the flight home was the scariest thing in my life but overall we would recommend JMC/Thomas Cook.

We were very dissappointed with our acommodation. We paid £600 per person for self catering appartments and were in a single room, with bathroom, but the kitchen was a hot, a sink and a fridge. Not good value for money and dispite complaining to the rep, (she responded by note)and complaints to Thomas Cook and JMC head office, they refused a refund or compensation. The people in the next apartment had a bedroom, off a living room, with full cooking facitlties and paid the same as us. JMC claim that it was tough luck, and that they cannot take responsiblity. Needless to say we will not go with JMC again, and have learned a very expensive lesson!!!

jmc what can i say once we got to kos club akti we went to our meeting with tony,smiley claire and little emma are reps who are great they really looked out for us on there mad nights out great laugh too! we had some good nitghs and days! little emma shes mad,always up for a laugh and tony well what a good looking lad they were a great bunch and worked well together! always entertaining us! ?x?xx?x?x

We stayed in the Agrelli Aparthotel in Sept 2002 and our rep. Elaine was a great help. We had a thunderstorm the day before we were due to go on boat trip and she let us know in plenty time that it was cancelled and even returned our money by the next night. Although there was delays in luggage when we arrived she kept us fully informed. She is a star.

Just got back from Koz town on Wednesday, stayed at the Aegean Hotel on the outskirts of town, went with JMC. All the reps were a good laugh expecially on the Bar crawls, i had to littrally crawl home on the first one!!As that was the object of the night. James our rep at the hotel was very helpful and friendly, if we needed anything he was always there to help! He was also really nice looking!! Got to try the JMC party night at Jacksons bar, a top night out n loadsa free drinks!! Thinking of going back in 2 weeksxx Natalie Manchester

hi i would like to hear from anyone if they know lorys apartments in kardamena? where they are and what they are like? are they big or small? clean or dirty? i am going may 2003 thanks in advance. suex

Has anyone else had trouble flying with JMC?

once the jmc reps stop behaving like a**eholes and being the subject of many complaints about noise from clients of other tour operators (they dont stay near any of their own)maybe they will get abetter write up!!
