We stayed in the Evi studios for 2 weeks in may 2004. The apartments are very basic and small, but they are kept very clean. there is a kettle and hob available as well as utensils.
The studios were in an ideal location away from the main road, but close enough to the sea and town(approx 5min walk), but they were a little noisy sometimes, due to the loud owners and very thin walls.
There is no pool, but there is a public pool about 2mins down the road which was lovely and clean with good facilities.
six of us went here for a rest from greek food, it wasn't the best meal and we all ordered lots of dishes together, but they brought out some of the dishes first then others, ten minutes later, they just needed to get themselves organised a bit.
The meal tasted okay, but was the most expensive meal we had in the whole two weeks we were there.
Do try the special ice cream in batter though, that we couldn't fault.
We went here almost every night for two weeks we were in kos, the waiter 'illios' was so friendly and charming, and you could get some lovely cocktails.
Played all english music, which is great after a while as the greek music gets a little tedious.
Prices are reasonable, well worth visit.
This place was by far the best place to go in the whole two weeks we were in greece, the food is good, but the service was excellent.
It is set on the beach front, with views of the sea for miles, with a very varied menu at very reasonable prices.
Our waiter micheal, who is there every night was brilliant, he made all our nights there wonderful and fun, involving all the customers. aswell as throwing in the odd greek lesson as he waited on tables.
Well worth a visit if only to say hi to michael.
