Stella apartments are in a quiet area, where you can get to sleep at night. But only a couple of minutes walk to beach, taverna, supermarket etc. The only thing likely to disturb your sleep are the cockerals near by.

We used to regularly visit this establishment on our last visit to Kardemena and always enjoyed the food. However the last time that we went a number of cats encroached on the property. Were as they were mildly annoyoing we were horrified when the proprieter grabbed hold of one of them and hurled it across the road outside.There was absolutely no justification for this kind of cruelty and when we pointed this out to one of the waiters we were treated with complete indifference.Since this incident we have made a point of avoiding the place.

Stella apartments are 1 bedroom with twin beds. In the kitchen is a single bed, a fridge and 2 cooking rings a small table and three chairs. The bathroom has a hand held shower, no shower curtain. The apartments have two balconys one at each side of the building. They are basic but clean.

I was in Kos last year, in Kardamena and have been a few times before. I have been on the ferry to Turkey and they were supposed to be making it so you could go direct to Turkey from Kardamena and not have to go into Kos Town. Is this possible yet?
