I would not recommend Libra to anyone, were were broken into on our second night, the locals did more to help than the Rep who was more interested in chatting up some good looking girls. Spent over half a day in the police station then had to stay back in the same place with broken locks on the shutters. I am going back to Kefalos, the break in wasn't the problem, just the company.

The Kalonisa are lovley, we were broken into on our second day, but thats besides the point, it was dealt with by the police, but for a place to stay it was clean, quiet, and very accomodating room wise, lots of space inside, and a nice terrace to sit out on. Although I do think these are only available on Libra Holidays...see my comments about tour operators. After being burgled the local bar and restaurant owners went out of there way to give us free food and drink, and I cannot thank them enough. I went in July 2001 and am going back this year, although not with Libra and not to Kalonisa but as a place to stay....great!

Hi, I'm booked to stay at the Popi Apts in mid July, although I've stayed in Kefalos before not sure really what the Popi are like. Any info greatly appreciated thanks.

Stayed in apartments close to here in 2002 and as we had no pool went to Andreas every day for a swim

Sorry forgot to add reply after our return. Popi's was fantastic. Very simple and clean with lovely bar snacks and friendly family (Popi, Sebastian and their two daughters.) Have booked to go back there at the end of June and cant wait.

Will always have problems with Kos night flights but there seems no other option really as Kos only seems to open its airport at night. But once used to this not a problem really.

Always get yourself a fan from Popi once you get there as no air conditioning but well worth the few Euros.

No probs with family at all and very helpful reps from Kosmar too who are the ones that run the hols to Popi's
