Spyros Taverna - (Restaurants in Tingaki)

Hi guys, I think there is a bit of confusion over the Spyros Taverna and Espyros Restuarant.
Spyros Taverna is in the main road on the right hand side as you head up from the beach. Fairly new place but great food and service. Fresh herbs are grown around the front of the Taverna and give off a very tempting aroma. Well worth a visit.
Espyros Restuarant is on the beach road. Go down to the roundabout and turn right, it is a short walk on the right hand side.
Great atmosphere. Good selection of Greek food all cooked by his mother.
Say Hi to Stamatis if you visit, he's a very friendly guy!

Kefalos - (Resorts on Kos)

Hi, I've visited Kos for many years, but always stayed at in the Northern resorts of Tingaki, Kos Town and Mastihari. Is Kefalos more sheltered from the sudden strong winds that can blow for a few days at a time?
I'd also be looking for places that serve really traditional greek food. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
