What can i say about this place.  It is a fantastic family run place.  We love it that much i'm going back this year for my fifth time there with my fiance whos been there 9 times.  the family who run it are fabulous and friendly, Athena, Angela, Atki, George, Maria and everyone else are fab.  snack bar has gorgeous food, pool really good, and barbeque nights are the best.

got back last night from yet another fantastic holiday in akti dimmys.  the weather was beautiful, windy some days but believe me you welcome the breeze.  the staff are the best.  athina, aki, dimitris, maria and angela are not just superb staff but are fantastic friends too and nothing is too much for them.  george and irene behind the bar are ace and always up for a laugh.  love the bbq greek nights,  only 6euros for all you can eat and the food is superb.  definately be back for my 6th time soon.  we especially enjoyed seeing all the june crowd from last year, including pam and mike, christine and cyril.  x

ive been to tinkagi 5 times and my fiance has been 7 times,  meni restaurant has always been our favourite.  the food is gorgeous in massive portions and michael, cia and the gorgeous gabrio are so friendly and welcoming.  service is bit slow some nights but michael works 13 hours with no break on his own most days in kitchen so doing fantastic considering.  and it is all fresh food.

hi carl, just quick question really, wanted to know was it easy 2 organise and sort a wedding in kos.  me and my fiance have our heart set on it as we are in love with the place. 

Meni restaurant is one of the best and i miss mike gabrio and cia ssssoooooooo much.

its a fantastic place elaine, you will love it so much.  have been there 5 times and my fiance has been there 7 times. athena and angela and rest of staff are really friendly and will do anything to help.  hope u have good hol.

atki dimmis mainly features in "summer sun" airtours brochure been there 5 times myself and my fiance and his family been there about 8 times.   really good friends with dimitri and his family and miss them all soooo much especially athena, angela and akti,  see you soon i hope.

yay!!!!!!!! espyros finally on here, how many times did i ask for it lol,  i've been to kos 5 times and still love it as much as when first went.  we stay at atki dimmys which is near espyros and must eat here at least 7 times in the 14 nights. staff and food is fab and real good price.  really miss stamatis lots, hope all well and hope see u soon.

I'm so missin Akti Dimmy's so much, can i please ask a big favour of anyone going here in the future please say hi to Athena from Kelly and Paul, ta,  can't wait to go back, soon as im saved up hehe.  

Awwww thank u so much for telling us about Angela, thats fab!! we havent been this year and are missing them all loads, hopefully going next june as usual,

we went june that year and an emma was there with her friend dad and step mum, hehe, different emma then xx

Got back this morning after another fab very hot 2 weeks at atki dimmys.  Didn't want to come home, miss Athina and everybody lots and can't wait to go back.

fab restaurant, food here is lovely, just got back from 2 weeks in tingaki, ate here most nights,

got back this am from my 6th visit to kos, just wanted to say how good the reps were in our apartments (atki dimis in tigaki) we had some difficult situations the last 2 weeks. nothing to do with the apartment, resort or reps but they had a lot of crap to deal with,  jamie an the 2 girls were ace and hopefully they will get some peace now. hehe

we did this excursion with theokrates travel in tigaki, was only 19 euros. Was a fab day i'm not as brave as some so didnt go on some of the slides but loved all the ones i did go on.  food was reasonable and not too expensive.  definately better than the old shapes water park.  would def go back there.  

this has been shut down, there is a new water park in mastichari called lido watepark.

hi pool open to general public too but i have only ever seen a few local familys use it other then the people staying there x

hi everyone, i have been here 6 times, different times of year and have never had problem with outside people using pool, was full when we went last an there was still beds to spare when we finally got out of bed lazily.  some greek familys come for little cool down swim then gone in hour or so.  missing everyone lots hope to see you soon, fed up of british rain, rain, rain,  think only seen sun twice since got home.

got back last thursday from another 2 weeks here, my 7th time and my fiance's 9th.  absolutely fab as always. gets better and better every year. missing maria's cooking, can't wait to go back. miss athina, george an aki loads, an bianca, maria an billy. lovely family and fab friends. Anyone going in future they have opened fab new internet bar in main street too, called geronimo. very good :)  c u all soon love kel and paul (gibbo)

hi irenka, have been tingaki 7 times, meals always lovely and never rushed (that i've had)  and we have been to most restaurants there.  all make you feel welcome and nice an chilled. did feel a bit rushed in kos town an there they kept insisting we sat near front of restaurant (make it look popular) but never had meal like that in tingaki.  espyros on beach front near akti dimis apartments is our fav and the owner stamatis is lovely.  Plus there is a fantastic grill house on main street i think it is called spyros. xxx

missing u all soooooo much. cant get time of work to come back this year.  but will definately be back next year. hope you all ok xxx
