Ireni II Studio Apartments - (Accommodation in Tingaki)
We just got back this morning and the apartments were great. The pool is cleaned every night at 6 and all the surrounding area hosed down. The room was cleaned 6 days a weeks, bins emptied every day and towels and bed linen changed twice. Safe boxes only cost 24€ for 2 weeks and most apartments have aircon - if not you can hire fans. Granted the owner was a bit of a misery guts but he was in reception from 9 every morning and was still there way after midnight every night. On airport days he even gets up in the middle of the night to show guests to their rooms.

Glenda and the girls make you feel really welcome. There is loads to keep the kids occupied - each activity costs 3€ each but they can use them all night - unlimited fun for kids means unlimited peace for us parents. If they do get bored they can always talk to Miley the parrot! The music is really good too - everything from 60's right up-to-date.Grande Salle - (Restaurants in Tingaki)
Great food in really nice surroundings. It also has an enclosed play area for the kids while they are waiting for the meal to arrive.

The service, food, value for money and staff were all excellent. The children get pictures and crayons to amuse them before the meals arrive and you always get a complimetary drink and sweets with your bill. WORST PLACE WE VISITED IN 2 WEEKS. WE WAITED OVER AN HOUR FOR THE MEAL TO COME. IF IT WASN'T FOR THE FACT THAT WE HAD A CHILD WITH US WE WOULD HAVE GOT UP AND LEFT. WE THE FOOD DID ARRIVE IT WAS VERY BLAND AND WE DIDN'T EVEN GET AN APOLOGY FOR THE LENGTH OF TIME WE WAITED.

Kosmar - (Tour Operators on Kos)
The only gripe with Kosmar is the fact that they ALWAYS change the times of flights after you book. When we booked our flight left the UK at 1800(SAT) and arrived home at 0130 (SUN) what it eventually turned into was leaving UK at 2250(SAT) and arriving home at 0850 (SUN). The flight did not leave Kos until 5.45am on Sunday morning, considering some people had to vacate their accomdation at noon the day before it was a bit bad especially for those with kids. Considering you have paid for your room from 12 noon on the Saturday someone is clicking here somewhere along the line. Apart from that no other complaints
