We stayed in these apartments beginning of July this year and were very unimpressed. The apartments themselves were nice and clean but basic like most of greece, it wasnt the apartments we had a problem with it was the other guests staying in them. They were full of gangs of kids approx 18 - 20 years old (male and female) who had no respect for other guests staying there, I go on holiday to enjoy myself however I do respct others. There is no reception at the apartments and the owners dont live on site so you can imagine the noise at all hours of the morning  not to mention the mess that they made, the lads staying in the room next door (you know who you are) certainly gave us Brits a bad name . The rep was ok she did what she could and I  actually felt sorry for her really having to deal with it all. The brochure now shows these apartments as young and lively shame it didnt have this when we went otherwise we would have gone elsewhere! Avoid these apartments if you actually want to get some sleep or are over 21! Apart from that we had a fab holiday dont let it put you off Kadamena.

 We went here for breakfast nearly every morning of our 2 weeks in Kardamena, they do a mean fry up, perfect before a day on the beach. First class and excellent service!

We ate here at least 3 times during our stay in Kardamena and i must say that the food is fantastic. It is always very busy and you do have to wait a bit longer than a lot of restaurants however its def worth waiting for. I would recommend the Scala to anyone wanting a nice meal in a nice setting.

Just wanted to say that Illias and his family really made our holiday one to remember! If you visit you must try a cocktail they are the nicest on the island. The atmosphere is great and everyone is made to feel more than welcome, they go out of their way to make sure you are happy with free crisps and nuts with ur drink what more could u want. We will miss their hospitaility  however hope to visit again soon.

Was recommended to go to this restaurant by a couple we met in Kardamena. Its off the beaten track a bit howevr the food here is amazing. Lots of locals use this resaurant which is always a good sign, huge portions and very cheap delicious home made food, what more could you want. Well worth a visit.
