Me & my partner spent one week at Jacks II at the start of October. Holiday was fantastic - only let down - the apartments. We were on the ground floor and the night we arrived we discovered 3 cockroaches in the room, the only roaches we seen all holiday!! Our bathroom stunk of raw sewage which we were told was being dealt with. We couldn't have food in the "self-catering" apartment due to the ant infestation. The cleaner appeared once the whole week. On the plus side the pool was lovely and the food served at the apartments was above average and the location was good. Can't say much about the staff as apart from Jack they barely spoke english. We will not be staying there again.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Jacks II at the end of September/beginning of October 2006 and we were greeted with no reception and no rep upon arrival. When we got in our apartment it was very basic and small. There was a huge cockroach in the apartment which took us almost an hour to capture, there was no shower holder in the so called wet room. We got a cleaner ONCE the whole week. The bathroom smelt of sewage and an ant problem which made preparing food in the apartment impossible. Location was good though and the pool was immaculate, unfortunately not good enough for a return visit.
