Can anyone tell me if the rooms are roomy and light or just the standard sort. Also will we need a travel kettle
Apartments fairly large and good for age range 6 upwards. Would not recommend for younger children.Nice pool area and friendly staff. Apartments are in a good location, at the top of the main street, about 5 minutes walk from resort centre and beach. Only downside is the noise from the road, which is constant but inparticular at night. Also balconies are very close together, so if you neighbours fancy a bit of a party on their balcony, don't plan on getting to sleep! If you can get a room at the back of the complex, away from the road, so much the better
Does anyone know which travel companies stay at the Villa Andrews? We saw the apartments when we were out there earlier this year and they looked in a nice quiet location.
Tingaki was so good last year that i am going back in June.
the Restaurants are lovely, the locals are very friendly, the beach is beautiful, the shops are charmiing, especially the supermarket which sells everything from food and newspapers to designer clothes and eletric fans.
i saw no creepy crawlies during my stay and found the weather gorgeous (boiling hot).
i had a fantastic time and i highly recommend it to anyone from couples to families!
BENJAMIN SAWKINS.
I STAYED IN tINGAKI LAST YEAR WITH MY BOYFRIEND AND WE ARE GOING BACK IN 3 WEEKS TIME. IT IS A FANTASTIC PLACE TO GO FOR COUPLES WITH A FEW GOOD BARS AND LOVELY PLACES TO EAT...THERE IS ALSO A GOOD JEWELLERY SHOP SO YOU COULD BY A GOOD PREZZY FOR YOUR GIRLFRIEND.
WE STAYED IN THE SUNSET APARTHOTEL LAST YEAR WHICH DO THE MOST FANTASTIC MILKSHAKES. THIS YEAR WE ARE STAYING IN THE MARIANNA APARTMENTS WHICH ARE ALSO REALLY REALLY NICE.
HOPE YOU ENGOY YOUR TIME THERE AS MUCH AS WE DO.
This is definately the best bar to go to in Tigaki, George and Irini make you feel very welcome and you can always have a laugh with them, this was the place where we watched all the football and George made the mistake of giving my boyfriend the bongo drum!
the food is fantastic, try the chocolate pancakes!!!!!!
we ate here nearly every morning, the full Englis breakfast of course! the food was nice and the service is good, plus there is no way you could grumble about the prices, absolutely fantastic, bottle of wine, two starters and two main courses for around 20 euros-not bad at all!
This restaurant is the place to go if you want something a little bit special, the prices are a little bit more expensive than the other restaurants in Tingaki but the service and food was great!
the Couvert to start is a MUST!
all i can say is try the gyros on pitta, absolutely gorgeous (we had two each time we ate there) and at only 1 euro 50 cents each, who can complain?
