| We stayed here at the end of August 2004 (our 3rd visit to Kardamena) and were woken every night in the first week by people returning from the nightclub(soundproofed) which is just up the road from the apartments. I'm not an old fart but it does start to annoy you after the first few nights. The apartment was fine and we had a huge balcony overlooking the village. We wouldn't stay here again, the apartments nearer the village on the left as you look out to sea are in a much better location and on the other side of the main road too. |

We stayed there in June 2003 and found the place to be typical for Greece - basic but clean. The Owners live on site so security was good. The gardens have loads of fruit trees - the owners did not mind us taking balcony furniture into the garden so we could enjoy a beer in the sun and picking the fruit - surrepticiously!. Some noise from Kool Pool opposite and Club revellers - but not too bad - and what the hell - everybody is on holiday.
The only down side for me was that coming "home" involved crossing a busy road - need to keep your wits about you if you have had a drink. But hey, was it the bus drivers fault if I had drunk too much and stepped in front of him?? Luckily - he missed!!!That said - have re-booked for 2005. |

| Just came back yesterday and all in all the Evgenia was pretty good. The location is excellent as you are right opposite Kool Pool - Best pool in Kardamena, good music, fun and very clean. Evgenia is also located well as you are only a 2 minute stroll from the main square, harbour, bars and restaurants etc without being right on top of them - therefore you can actually sleep at night. I found the apartments very quiet at night. They are basic and as clean as anywhere else in Greece and I would go back. |

| The apartments were ok, you jus have to watch out for the cleaners and the owners balming stuff on you! On the 1st night we were there we got broken into and we ended up paying for the door to get fixed because the cleaner had told the owner we had 'motorbikes' in the room??????? We did however get the money back from our rep. Kool Pool which is the closest pool is a good place to go and there are plenty of bars around (personally i recommend Point One) |

We stayed there for 2 weeks in July 2003 - it was good - basic but most apartments are! What do you expect? Very clean - lovely garden with fresh fruit (to be picked when the owners weren't looking).
Pool very near - but that was very noisy until 8 pm ish - no problem to us but suspect that it depends what you want from your holiday as to whether the pool is a bonus or not!!
Bars, beach etc etc are at the other side of a busy road - so watch it when you are staggering back.... |

| Apartment good. U shud enjoy your holiday and stop moaning. U are mostly out anyway, only in apartment to sleep amd shower. British people like to moan |

| hi everyone, these apartments are very basic, but we are in Greece afterall. Hot water everyday, maids around each day and towels and sheets changed twice a week. Right next to Kool Pool which you have use of, which is great. Great location, couple minutes walk to main square and to beach, and supermarket. |

| They are ok apartments, nothing special but hey its Greece and most things are basic! Its clean and the balconies are spacious, we stayed for 2 weeks in them and by the end got very attached to our room! |
