I have just returned from Sandys apartments after a 2 week stay. The staff and owner were rude standofish, and abusive to the children in the party. In all my 30 years of traveling all over the world this was by far the worst holiday I have been on. The owner takes advantage of the fact you are in the out back and his prices reflect this. When he discovered our party was buying red bull at his shop to take to their apartments to put in their drinks of red vodka it was taken off the shelf and put behind the bar at twice the price. The children in the party was shouted at and verbally abused by the bar staff and was not allowed to wash them selfs when coming out of his pool by the hose by the pool, this was reserved for the use of the gardener. He was spotted by two of our party putting in far to much chemicals in the poor than was healthy, (one of them has their own pool and was alarmed by the amount the owner was putting in ) I was fed up with the owners cats which was flee infested getting into our cabins and apartments and finding them asleep on our beds and sitting areas. The children could not play on the park area as his cats used it as a tiolet. In a word it was discusing. On the day of or departure we paid an extra 18 euros to keep on three rooms which he insisted we vacated by 6pm. Our flight was not until 2.50am and we were not picked up till 12.15am. I could have accepted this but for one thing one of our party was a disabled 15 year old who needed to have his personal hygene delt with by his mother. It would have been a nice gesture for him to allow this one person to remain in his room so his mother could have carried out his needs. But no he to was asked to leave the apartment at the same time as the rest of us. This place is not children friendly or even people friendly. The complex rules were changed on a daily basis at the whim of the owner, and now back in England I will never visit Kos again this is an experience I do not wish to repete. Give me Spain any day

I can only add to the comments made that Sandy is just as stated by the Armstronngs. This place should only be in a Saga holiday booklet. Not a place to take children or any one who likes to enjoy a holiday. The rudest staff I have ever known.
